Fr. Tom mentioned that the word on street was that the protests would start up again on Thursday and Friday. When I got back to Santa Chiara, I told Billy. Billy had heard the same thing. So, we decided to scuttle our plans for the day and scoot off to Petionville to do an emergency shopping. We spent $1,510.86. We did didn’t leave until 10:00am and didn’t get back until 12:15pm. Three little girls helped me put the second-floor groceries away. With their help, it took twice as long as if I had done it myself. But they had fun and loved helping.
