Yesterday was a long, difficult day that left me with no time or energy to write a Journal entry for today. My plan was to just pull together some photographs when I got up this morning. When the alarm sounded at 4:00am, I was slow to get up. After letting the dog out and making coffee, I sat before my computer. Before hunting for a few good pictures, I checked my e-mail. A friend on a pilgrimage to Assisi had forwarded me Fr. Rick’s Easter letter to his friends and family. It was so powerful, I decided to share it.
