On Sunday afternoon I saw Josette and little Chiara starting to walk down a bumpy steep hill as they began their journey home, which probably would include two tap-tap rides. I asked if I could give them a ride home. As we made our way down the long dirt road, I saw some guys setting up a load speaker system less than a hundred feet from our wall. The combined speakers were the size of my Nissan X-terra. I knew I was in for a long, sleepless night.
