Our six-month transitional plan will cause some pain for some staff and some children. It will be painful for me and Billy to implement some of the changes. Maybe the above reflection has some bearing on our proposed plans. That is, take in our hands what we have created. See the good. Acknowledge the mistakes. Then bless it, thanking God for what he has given us to do.
