Nurse Rose had been in my office for about 30 minutes discussing problem she had with a member of the staff. The meeting ending around 3:30pm. I walked with Rose as she returned to the clinic and I was headed downstairs to find a kid to help me distribute apples. When I open the door, we could hear screaming coming from the clinic.
