From January 4, 2021 Yesterday a friend told me I needed to take a walk and take some photographs. I did manage to take a 30-minute walk yesterday. I left my camera in Haiti.
From January 3, 2021 Greetings from Hutchinson Island off the coast of Ft. Pierce, Florida. Trip back was problem-free. Customs was empty. I was the first off the plane and the second through Customs. There was no traffic and I made it to the post office before it closed.
From January 2, 2021 Santa Chiara is a 24 hour a day operation, seven days a week. There are no holidays. We are always open, always caring for the kids.
From January 1, 2021 Last night was the first time I greeted the New Year in Haiti. I’ve never been one to get excited about welcoming the New Year with cheers and partying.
