From January 15, 2021 I visited Clare Marie twice yesterday. I never saw her not smile when she saw me. The nurse said she was very sick. I spoke a length to a new doctor in the children’s ward, a woman who spoke excellent English. She said she will be OK.

From January 14, 2021 About 15 minutes before our scheduled 2:00pm meeting with representatives of the excellent orphanage that might accept some of our kids, I was informed that Clare Marie was mildly dehydrated and she needed to be rushed to Grace Hospital where our Dr. Noel would be waiting to treat her.

From January 13, 2021 On Tuesday, I helped Fabibi and Sendi do the laundry. It was fun. I told them I wanted a less stressful job than worrying about money, correcting kids, and managing the staff.

From January 12, 2021 I became very depressed on Saturday night, and it only intensified on Sunday. I felt I had spent my entire time in Florida inside my apartment, with the exception of one short, early morning walk along the shore.
