Last week a Journal reader from Columbus, Ohio stumbled across a website for a group called Hope for Haitians. The work up in the north of Haiti building villages that include homes, clean water, community centers, and medical clinics. They also provide leadership training, education, sustainable food projects such as chicken and goats, cassava bakeries and rice mills to provide rood as well as income for the villages.
