Today’s Journal features a reprint of an AP story from August 7. UNICF noted that women and children are increasingly being kidnapped and used for financial or tactical gain. Parents of young children are fearful that gangs will snatch them when they go to and from school. I saw this coming, which is why I began to build our own school.
