This is a true story that took place ten years ago this month. Set in Honduras, it is the improbable story of the beginning of the last major poverty documentary film I made before walking away from the art form I loved so dearly to enter in the dark, brooding unknown of Haiti to do something I was completely unqualified to do: found, operate, sustain a home for abandoned and abused kids.
