About Our Governance
Santa Chiara Children’s Center is governed by an independent Board of Directors. The organization maintains written policies governing conflicts of interest, whistleblower protection, and document retention. Our Board reviews the annual IRS Form 990 before it is filed and oversees the organization’s financial stewardship.
