There was a shred of good news on Monday. Gabens called and said the engineer found a place where he could buy the material he needed for the foundation (rebar and concrete) for about half the cost he had estimated and they took a credit card. Later in the afternoon on Monday two tap-taps loaded with supplies appeared at our gate.
