In the last 20 years, I’ve been to a movie theater just once; it was back in 2011 when Ecarlatte first came to the United States. Before Ecarlatte came, I rarely rented DVD’s. Now that renting actual DVDs has become harder, about a year ago I subscribed to Netflix essentially so Ecarlatte could watch a film or two on her short visits to Florida.
