I’ll begin by saying I really don’t know how to rest or relax. Or do nothing. I know, this is not good. (We’ve all lost the meaning and importance of the Sabbath as a day of rest from worldly concern and to focus on God. Now the Sabbath is just another shopping day.) I’ve been going nonstop for seven years.
