I made it back to Haiti without incident. I should note that when I handed the boarding agent in Ft. Lauderdale my passport, she said, “We know you. No need to look at that.” Also, during the flight none of the crew spoke Creole. Normally, there is one Creole speaking flight attendant on board, specifically to hand out the three immigration documents. One of the flight attendants came to my seat and asked me to explain what they were and who needs to get them.
