Among the things that has most bothered me for along time is the continual mess in the kitchen. With three pre-teens, a three-year-old, two infants, two nannies, and Carla all essentially living on the second-floor residence, the kitchen is a perpetual state of disarray. Dirty dishes are tossed in the sink without rinsing them first. Dirty dishes can sit in the sink for a better part of a day. Crumbs are left on the counter, which becomes an open invitation for an invasion of ants. Dirty pots and pans are left on the stove.
