I returned to the doctor’s in the afternoon. . . The doctor speculated about other illnesses at Santa Chiara. I mentioned the cases of pneumonia, and how some kids were tested for TB but none had the disease. The I mentioned the outbreak of scabies…which even got me. I told him how Louise brought some very effective medication when she came to volunteer. He did some internet research for the medications available. He then gave me a prescription for a few tubes of the cream.
