When we are young, we wonder what path our lives will take. In our late teens, we normally choose a path. Often in life, we make a complete change of direction and boldly head off into unknown territory. I think I’m on the road God wants me to be on. I guess the actual road we take isn’t really all that important, as long as it leads us back to God. Returning to God is the destination of our life’s journey. There are so many routes we can take. And there are lots of roads that take us the wrong way and we get lost. The journey is replete with dead ends, detours, and road blocks. Sometimes, U-turns are essential.
